I founded Do More Fitness in 2022 after battling my own weight struggles for years. Diagnosed with PCOS in 2018, I was handed the generic advice to “just stop eating carbs.” WTF? That left me frustrated, confused, and stuck in a cycle of restriction that did more harm than good. The result? I gained 40lbs in a year. Maybe you can relate?

That experience lit a fire in me. I refused to let misinformation and extreme dieting be the norm, so I built Do More Fitness with one mission: to help women break free from the cycle of frustration and finally achieve lasting results. Because you deserve to feel confident, strong, and sexy, without sacrificing your happiness or quality of life.

Our coaching is about transformation, not just weight loss. We focus on sustainability, strategy, and results that actually last.
